Amazing Video: The Polite Seattle Robber arrested: I’m really am sorry

When I first watched this video, I thought it was a practical joke. But, it turns out to be the calmest most laid back robbery ever caught on tape.

From CBS News

The Seattle Times reports that a suspect was arrested in the case of the "polite robber," so dubbed because he apologized and thanked his victim during an armed robbery Saturday near Seattle has been arrested by King County sheriff's deputies.

The man, 65, was arrested around 2 p.m. at his home in the Top Hat neighborhood of unincorporated King County. The Sheriff's Office says the home is not far from the Shell Station at 2805 Southwest Roxbury St. that was robbed at gunpoint at around 11:30 a.m. Saturday.

The owner of the store released a surveillance video of the robbery in which the robber's manners were on display. He can be heard apologizing for the robbery and he promises to pay back the victim if he ever gets "back on my feet again."
