STRIPPER Felon Lee Grace Dougherty told the cops who blasted her leg "I deserved to get shot" after she was busted this week.
The 29-year-old and eldest member of the deadly Dougherty Gang, which also included her brothers Ryan Edward Dougherty, 21, and Dylan Dougherty Stanley, 26, had aimed her machine gun at Walsenburg, Colo., Police Chief James Chamberlain, before she was shot.
A Pueblo County judge set bond at $1.25 million each on Thursday for the three who had led cops on a cross state crime spree after shooting up a cop car in Florida and robbing a Valadosta, GA bank.

The crazy crew were eventually caught after a wild 100mph chase in southern Colorado during which at least one of the gang took pot shots at pursuing officers.
Lee Dougherty, initially told federal investigators that she and her brothers "weren't trying to hurt anyone" during a wild chase and shootout.
The three who now face charges of attempted murder of a police officer and assault on a police officer
made their first court appearance in Pueblo, Colo., appearing by video from jail.
Barbara Bell of East Palatka, Fla., spoke briefly Thursday to The Associated Press but declined to discuss their ordeal, saying she didn't think it would help them in the long run.
She said: "Thank God they're not tried by the media. They're tried in a court of law and their story will come out at that time."

The famous Colorado sibling fugitives better known as 'Dougherty Gang' got finally caught yesterday by the Colorado State Patrol, according to People and other major sources. The oldest of the Colorado sibling fugitives is Lee Grace Dougherty, who is 29 years old and a former stripper. Then there is Ryan Edward Dougherty, who is in the middle of all three Colorado sibling fugitives in the Dougherty Gang photo above, and finally half-brother Dylan Dougherty Stanley, who is 26 years old (pictured on the right side of the above image).

How did the 'Dougherty Gang' get caught?
It was reported that one of the Colorado sibling fugitives from the Dougherty Gang  were spotted trying to purchase ammunition at Walmart. Then the Colorado Sheriff's Department received another tip stating that the car of the Colorado sibling fugitives (Dougherty Gang) was at a campground near Colorado City. Reportedly the Colorado sibling fugitives from the Dougherty Gang  took off immediately after a Colorado deputy attempted to stop them. However, according to sources, the Colorado sibling fugitives / Dougherty Gang were seen at a gas station, and that's when the chase began in order to finally capture the Dougherty Gang.

The Colorado troopers placed Teflon - coated quills, better known as the stop sticks on the road, in order to puncture the tires of the Dougherty Gang / Colorado sibling fugitives.
