Omg! Yahoo reports that Paris Hilton stalker arrested July 2011 name is James Rainford. James Rainford was arrested on Monday after violating a Paris Hilton protective order that was supposed to keep James Rainford 200 yards away from Paris Hilton or Paris Hilton home. Los Angeles County Sheriff Department website says that the James Rainford bail amount is 20,000. That's a lot of money!
